Nancy graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree. She later attended Seneca College where she graduated from the Paralegal and Court Tribunal Agent Program, and eventually she became certified as an Immigration Consultant through the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council. Nancy was also an active volunteer for legal aid clinic Community Information Fairview for 7 years and sat as a Board Member for 5 of those years. Not only did she focus her energy on working hard towards attaining her goals and those of her clients, she also focused a lot of her energy towards giving back to the community.
